IBB Business Team
IBB Business Team GmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IBB Unternehmensverwaltung, the parent company of Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB).
On behalf of the State of Berlin and IBB, it implements various support programmes for start-ups, SMEs and real estate owners.
These support services aim to strengthen Berlin as an innovative location and start-up metropolis and to promote climate protection.
IBB Business Team GmbH is thus the primary point of contact in Berlin for companies, start-ups and the real estate industry when it comes to applying for grants from the state’s own funding programmes and support projects.

Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre, trust foundation sponsored by the Toepfer Foundation
The Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre was established to promote quality and innovation in teaching and learning on a permanent basis. It networks the stakeholders, supports knowledge transfer and is sponsored by the non-profit Toepfer Stiftung gGmbH. All funding for support, programme, organisation and administration is provided by the federal and state governments.
The foundation has been funding forward-looking projects since August 2021.

Federal Institute for Sport Science
The Federal Institute for Sport Science (BISp) is part of the portfolio of the Federal Ministry of the Interior, for Construction and Home Affairs (BMI). BISp coordinates research projects in the field of sport and ensures the evaluation and transfer of research results.

MFG | Medien- und Filmgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg
MFG Medien- und Filmgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg mbH is the competence and advisory centre for the film and cinema industry and has the task of establishing and further developing Baden-Württemberg as a film location.
Funding, networking, mediation, consulting, competitions – MFG Baden-Württemberg offers a wide range of services. In the two divisions MFG Kreativ and MFG Film Funding, there are currently more than 30 regional, national and international projects, initiatives and programmes.
With its film funding division, MFG supports culturally outstanding film productions for cinema and television. The funding spectrum ranges from the screenplay to production and film distribution to cinema funding. The shareholders of MFG Medien- und Filmgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg mbH are the State of Baden-Württemberg and the Southwest Broadcasting Corporation SWR. In 1999, cooperation was also agreed with the Second German Television ZDF/arte.

nordmedia
nordmedia is the central media funding agency of the federal states of Lower Saxony and Bremen as well as the northern German broadcasters NDR and Radio Bremen, for which there is a partnership with ZDF .
PROGRANTA handles the funding of film, TV and interactive media projects, but also investments, qualification and consulting offers and festivals.
The PROGRANTA system is operated as a SaaS portal, is continuously being expanded and has been used for the following programs since 2016:
Leibniz-Gemeinschaft
The Leibniz Association is an association of German research institutes and connects 91 independent institutions. Leibniz institutes are dedicated to socially, economically and ecologically relevant issues.
As part of the Leibniz competition, the implementation of the strategic goals of the Pact for Research and Innovation is to be accelerated.
Bildbau provides the PROGRANTA system for this competition. The entire process, from the expression of interest to the application, expert management, review and approval as well as management and administration of the projects including deadline and contract management as well as document storage takes place with PROGRANTA.
The first phase started at the end of March 2017 with the programs:

Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg
Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg is the first point of contact for the film and media industry in the German capital region. The Film Funding division promotes films and film-related projects, while the Location Development division ensures that the media location is profiled and provides up-to-date information and networking. It promotes media-related projects and the development of content in games, web and mobile.
All Medienboard funding programs have been processed in the PROGRANTA portal since autumn 2018.

Hessen Film & Medien
Since January 1, 2016, Hessen Film & Medien GmbH has bundled the tasks that were previously divided between three funding institutions. These include the promotion of the Hessian film landscape, the acquisition of film productions for Hessen and the creation of the best conditions for many creative jobs.
Right from the start for the first round of funding in February 2016, administration and administration has been carried out via a Progranta application portal for the following programs:
WTSH Business Development and Technology Transfer Schleswig-Holstein
Wirtschaftsförderung und Technologietransfer Schleswig-Holstein GmbH (WTSH) is the central point of contact for all matters relating to business development and technology transfer in Schleswig-Holstein and the state’s central service provider when it comes to funding innovation projects.
The WTSH is a company of the state of Schleswig-Holstein, the chambers of industry and commerce, the chambers of handicrafts and the state’s universities.

Archdiocese of Cologne
The Archdiocese of Cologne is a Roman Catholic diocese in the west of North Rhine-Westphalia and in the northern Rhineland-Palatinate. It is one of the oldest and, with around 1.9 million Catholics in the diocesan area, the diocese with the largest membership in the German-speaking world.

Filmförderungsanstalt FFA
The German Federal Film Board (FFA) is Germany’s national film funding body. It supports the interests of German film and, in addition to its role as a funding body, is a central service provider for the German film industry. The FFA is a federal agency under public law.

FilmFernsehFonds Bayern
The FilmFernsehFonds Bayern (FFF Bayern), has the task of providing quantitative and qualitative film funding in Bavaria as well as additional services for the film industry. Its shareholders include the Free State of Bavaria, the Bavarian Regulatory Authority for Commercial Broadcasting (BLM), Bayerischer Rundfunk, ZDF and the private television providers ProSiebenSat.1 and RTL.
Since the beginning of 2015, project management has been carried out as a SaaS solution with RROGRANTA. Started as a pure application management system with interfaces to the LfA Förderbank Bayern for the subsequent programmes, the PROGRANTA system has since been expanded to a complete eFile including financial data, contract and document management including the implementation of a purely digital circulation folder.

MV Filmförderung
Since November 2020, the film funding and services of the Film Commission MV have been united under the umbrella of the newly founded subsidiary of the state of MV Filmförderung GmbH. MV Filmförderung supports cinema and television films as well as other innovative audiovisual content and serial formats in all phases of creation through to exploitation and presentation.
The aim of the cultural film and media promotion of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is to make a sustainable contribution to the development of the film and media structure in the state and to strengthen its innovative power.
Institute for Foreign Relations
The Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (ifa) is committed to the peaceful and enriching coexistence of people and cultures worldwide. It promotes art and cultural exchange in exhibition, dialogue and conference programmes.
It is funded by the Federal Foreign Office, the State of Baden-Württemberg and the City of Stuttgart.

Rhineland-Palatinate Foundation for Culture
On 28 April 2020, the state government of Rhineland-Palatinate launched the programme „In Focus: 6 Points for Culture“ as a addition to the already existing emergency aid measures of the federal and state governments. On 4 May 2020, the first measure „Cultural Associations for a Diverse Culture“ went online as part of the state programme „Protective Shield for Associations in Need„. PROGRANTA’s commitment made the successful implementation possible within a very short time. On this basis, cultural institutions and cultural practitioners receive fast and efficient financial support in overcoming the Corona pandemic.
